The foundations supporting the FUT programme
Four independent foundations support the FUT programme introduced in 2000. In common the foundations have as an aim to promote research and education by providing funds for research projects.

The foundations are:
• The Volvo Research Foundation
• The Volvo Educational Foundation
• The Dr Pehr G. Gyllenhammar Foundation
• The Håkan Frisinger Foundation for Transportation Research
